A certain patron and several of his friends felt that he had full use of ALL facilities, especially those at the Circ desk. He felt that because he paid taxes and this is a state supported institution, he had a right to use the photocopy machines and other office supplies/equipment. He was having people call him on the Circulation phone line and it took only two times for us to "get the hint" that he was being abusive.
